The Community Health Ambassadors are a team of committed, friendly volunteers from the localarea who are very keen to hear your thoughts and experiences on local health services.
Their role isto act as the ‘eyes and ears’ of Hartlepool & Stockton-on- Tees residents on behalf of the ClinicalCommissioning Group and help influence the planning, development and delivery of the healthservices that we use on a daily basis.This app will help you to quickly and effectively provide feedback and opinions on our local NHSHealth Services including GP Practices, Hospitals, Pharmacies, Emergency Care and more.
